Thousand Hills Golf Resort

Was a great value and it's on the main strip of town. But I would never stay there again. - The beds are lumpy; old and so uncomfortable. - The rooms were outdated, but it seems they had put money into the lobby. - The bathroom was so small, like not even relaxing. Couldn't close the door without moving awkwardly around the toilet. - The pool was kinda neat, half inside and half outside. We went our first night; but I really wanted to lay out and get some sun unfortunately unless you go out first thing in the morning the building blocks the sun and it's all in shade all day long. - Breakfast was good. Buffet style. Would be nice to be able to order off a menu if you wanted; even for an extra fee.

Beautiful condo! Space was awesome loved it. Except half the plug ins don’t work..sunroom had no power at all!! U fix it it kept throwing breakers. Jetted tub?? Ya it don’t work was all excited to take a bath after filling tub up was upset the jets didnt work. Vent in master bedroom had been leaking it has dry yellow stains around vent…second bedroom had dried pee stain on cover for mattress guess they forgot to wash it. Other than that I’d and the stomping from above I loved it.

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. I called to see if they could accommodate me on the golf course due to the fact I am on oxygen. I’m a life long golfer who just can’t breathe well enough to walk up hills or long distances all day, I’m fortunate that my body still allows me to make a swing, but that’s about all I got. So most courses allow me to drive closer to the greens than normal. It’s usually a one off request, most people don’t need to do this, seeing how the mowers have the same tires and drive on and near the greens daily, everywhere I have been allows it. When I brought this up to the pro shop I was talked down to, cut off, and told it didn’t matter what I had going on by the man in the pro shop, I had told him most places usually let me off the path even on par threes, his response was this isn’t most places and that they have a zero tolerance policy for getting off the cart path on par 3s. (Which is most places I understand that) butttt the only way I can still get around a course is pulling up next to my ball swinging and driving to it again. Never did he say hold on let me see what I can do, offer up the superintendent, greens keeper or course manager. I guess I would have just liked some courtesy While being denied. Maybe go try some of the other courses in the area if you want a respectful staff experience. We are owners here and another facility. 100% will not be back here.

Great experience at Thousand Hills condos. Very clean and well maintained. Convenient location! Check in process was easy, great communication, and easy check out process. Only downside was towels were rough and pretty worn. Given all the pros, this was easy to overlook, but would bring our own towels next time. Highly recommend staying with this company.

Overall experience was ok, cabin needs cleaned, lots of cob webs throughout. Our last day there we noticed people walking around outside with garbage bags. One man walking up to us seeming very suspicious. We asked what he was doing and he said he was going in and gathering sheets when people checked out. We watched him walk past our cabin. We left for the day. When we came back we noticed our dresser drawers open and were missing a bottle of expensive cologne. We called right away, describing the man we saw, the lady we spoke with stated she knew exactly who we were talking about as he has distinct tattoos by eyes. She said she would call us back in the morning after investigating. We went to desk when we checked out the next morning to follow up. A different lady at desk, we explained the whole thing again and she said she had heard about it but they don’t have any employee’s with tattoos on their face. We did described the box truck they were in. She again said they don’t have any employees with tattoos on their face and we needed to call Branson police department to file a report. We asked if that’s how they handle things with people coming into our cabin when we did not request for someone to. She said they stay out of it to avoid any altercations and again, file a police report. We left saying we would handle it then. We were leaving. She told us walking out the door NOT to approach any of her employees. But had just stated they had no employee with that description. Why make that statement if we were wrong? We never said we were going to to find the man or going to approach anyone. We were leaving. She took a picture of our vehicle when we were pulling out. I’m not quite sure how we were in the wrong but watch your belongings because who knows who is coming and going.
